Did You Know That Happiness Has an Education?
While the world is experiencing the most crowded and most troubled period of its population in the history of humanity, each of us is overwhelmed by our material and spiritual troubles, which are as different as our fingerprints and are specific to ourselves. These problems may be economic, social, health, familial, love need and freedom need. Or if none of these things, then a person is “bored” !.. In his heart, he does not know very clearly, his aspirations are in search of happiness, he needs; this troubled, problematic, unsatisfied life causes psychological disorders in us first and physiological disorders in the future. while 20 years ago it was reported that people were under stress, 10 years ago this diagnosis turned into an expression of anxiety (a permanent and advanced state of stress). Currently, this diagnosis, which is the most common in society, is now expressed by the word depression, which is the dimension of the disease.
As earthly conditions become more difficult, as our circle of life narrows, is human happiness still possible?.. The answer to this is both “no” and “yes” depending on us. I wonder if we have the determination to come out of this circle of unhappiness, to be able to transform, and is there a solution that can offer us this solution?
Throughout history, man has sought a remedy for every desperation and, for example, has developed “martial arts” in which a person with physical weakness can protect himself unarmed.
